🔄 Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and certificates included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

📦 How to Return

  1. Email us at support@bulvero.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and packaging instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and ship it using the provided label.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item and place a new order separately.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Send photos and a description to support@bulvero.com.
  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund based on the situation.
